The App is a white-label mobile application developed by CloudGoUp ("CloudGoUp") for Families Supermarket ("Families Supermarket", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You agree not to modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content obtained through the App.

You may place orders for groceries and other products through the App.
All prices are subject to change without notice.
You are responsible for paying for all orders placed through your account.
Families Supermarket reserves the right to refuse any order for any reason.

The App is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. CloudGoUp and Families Supermarket disclaim all warranties, including, but not limited to, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. CloudGoUp and Families Supermarket do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the App is free of viruses or other harmful components.

CloudGoUp and Families Supermarket shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages.
